What happens if an event is postponed or canceled?

When an event is postponed the tickets are still valid for the new date. Any information about the postponement of an event will be shared with the party that has booked the tickets. 


If an Event is canceled by a Supplier and the customer has already paid for these tickets, the tickets shall only be refunded by XS2Event if and to the extent that XS2Event is granted a refund by the Supplier of the Event
